Dr. Mark Schillinger, D.C. Director of Schillinger Chiropractic & Wellness Group

Dr. Schillinger is the director of the Schillinger Chiropractic & Wellness Group and has been practicing in Marin County since 1985, helping thousands of patients with spinal problems and health conditions related to stress. The office offers a multidisciplinary approach using spinal manipulation, massage therapy, physiotherapy, nutritional counseling, exercise rehabilitation, acupuncture and life coaching. Dr. Schillinger was voted "Best Chiropractor" by the Marin Independent Journal readers poll.

Dr. Schillinger has contributed to the community as a nonprofit humanitarian. He is a founding board member of Performing Stars of Marin, a nonprofit organization focusing on getting children and young adults involved in the arts. He created the Give Thanks Dance Party, a music and dance event (with his band, The Rhythm Doctors) benefiting the Marin Community Food Bank.

In 2000, he founded The World Institute for Human Development which uses a simple self help philosophy and practice called The RIGHT Way (Respect, Intelligence, Gallantry/Grace, Humor and True) that directs people to discover their authentic virtues, values and behaviors. The Institute guides people in developing greater awareness about their relationship to themselves, their community and the universe, moving people closer to realizing their full potential.

Dr. Schillinger is an avid lifetime student of philosophy and world religions and has presented more than 1000 lectures on health, parenting, business, and spiritual issues. In his workshops he is able to convert challenging problems into understandable concepts, revealing easy-to-follow, simple solutions. He skillfully blends Eastern and Western philosophy with ancient and modern wisdom practices, adding insight from the revelation of quantum physics and spirituality. Dr. Schillinger is a member of the California Chiropractic Association and an original and active member of the Lions Share Chiropractic Trust, a mastermind team of progressive chiropractic physicians who have been on the leading edge of the profession since 1987.
