The Simple Way to Be Truly
Happy
It is estimated that 80% of all physical and mental illness is caused by stress.
We all know what too much stress feels like so we don't need any medical definitions
here. Striving for security and happiness outside of ourselves will only contribute
to the pressure.
Untying the contractions from our muscles
begins by taking gentle, relaxing breaths where your exhale is
one or two moments longer than your inhale. Now would be a good
time to try this!...
As soon as we do this successfully most of us get to experience
more stress as our thoughts rush in to say, "so you want to be happy without me, your
precious nonstop thoughts?..." I do not suggest talking back to those
thoughts at this time! Simply breathe again, allowing the sound of your exhaling
breath to be loud enough to become an ocean wave or a blowing wind. Now would
be a good time to try this!... (who cares what others around you will think!)
Untying the knots from our mind begins by living a life that is True for you.
True = living your life with integrity so that you can trust yourself and trust
others. Your life continually evolves in a True way when you are open and honest
in developing your awareness about your relationship to yourself, your community
and the universe. Decide what your values are and the codes of conduct which
will manifest your values. The daily discipline of living this way is the method
of those who live a masterful life.
Throughout our journey we will modify and change our values and behaviors,
mostly through our mistakes, but this is natural and the way of the universe.
Regardless, participate in your life fully and do not negotiate your present
Perspective with yourself or anyone else.
True health and happiness arises when you have learned to trust yourself. Only
you can eliminate self-doubt and anxiety. Maturity is not something that happens
to you because someone else says you are or because society says that at a
certain age you are. Maturity can arrive at any age and is occurring when you
are aware that you are living your life.
Let us support each other to feel safe and secure as we discover who we Truly
are and have the confidence to live our True life.
The True Way is the simple way.

 Having
deep, meaningful values and behaviors that reveal your values, is
the best way to move through the ever changing landscape of our lives.
My workshops and books emphasize a simple expression that helps me
stay focused on my values and behaviors. I will refer to them in
this section.
Honor what is RIGHT:
Respect = to esteem with reverence
Intelligence = applying your experience and
intuition into wisdom
Gallantry/Grace = engaging in a heart
full acts of courage or courtesy
Humor = amusement with celebration
and laughter
True = living your life with integrity
so that you can trust yourself and others
EnRIGHTenment
is enlightenment that is real and authentic for you. Discover for
your self the daily rituals that you need to be healthy and happy.
Chiropractic physicians recommend daily motion or exercise, spiritually
and physically. The founder of chiropractic, DD Palmer, said that
the number one source of illness is spiritual/emotional stress.
He affirmed the need for each person to develop a positive mental
attitude. I encourage you to do the things you know you need to
do to feel fulfilled, rejuvenated and creative.
I encourage you not to live life alone. Ask for help when you need it and give
help when you able.
